Point 6c, Oil and chemicals - refuelling, is of particular interest.

Point 6c states: "Keep a spill kit available and use a bunded bowser......  Diesel pumps and similar equipment should be placed on drip trays to collect minor spillages or leaks."

In addition Point 9, Emergencies, states: ".... then it is recommended that a suitable spill kit or absorbent materials are held in the vicinity....... spilt materials should be contained (using absorbents such as.... commercially available booms or pads)..."
